Where can I download the Basic HomeEditor (1 Viewer)

Its the PurevisionHD 1080 skin. When I go into the Mediaportal Configuration > Gui > Edit skin settings, there is no settings to edit.
I expected to find something like this (from the Avalon skin): http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_MEDIAPORTAL_1/17_Extensions/4_Skins/Avalon/BasicHome_Editor but there is nothing at all

Maybe this is the misunderstanding: ftk tries to find in MP Configuration, not within MP. If so, ftk, please open Mediaportal, go to Settings. There you should find what Wizard lists!
