Why is the tv recording thumb divided into 4? (1 Viewer)

The TV recording thumb is divided into 4 screenshots. This makes it really hard to use the thumb as a preview.
Is it possible to create just one screenshot.

    Just go into MP config\general\thumbnails, bottom right change preview settings to 1 and 1, see picture just to confirm :)

    Thanks, but I thought that this just influenced the facadeview. Not the thumb itself.
