Sounds great but I solved the problem that MP changes the resolution with the Remote-Solution, but my problem is that MP crashes when I turn my TV back on while the TV Service is running =/

The problem is that MP isn't at fault, it's Windows/ATI/HDMI.

Maybe you are right...!?
But it would be a great feature if MediaPortal could handle this correctly
like it does with other system or driver related problems which are relevant for HTPC usage.
IMHO MediaPortal should "simply" follow a resolution change if it is running in fullscreen.

I ordered myself a HDMI detective @ futureshop. Let's see if it works! Delivery will be next week I think.

Currently I'm using vista, but I'm also experiencing some HDMI issues, so this should do the trick.

mine has been great so far, remember to program it from the receiver/amp not if you it all going through hdmi, not the tv

with HDMI-Detectiv it will work, i use it since one jear (conected direct on the Graka) without any problems!

Ok, I got my HDMI detective! And it seems to be working. No more hdmi problems at the moment. Like it should be anyway.

I got 1 problem now. I watched a movie. Stopped it, and after that my receiver said: no signal. After that started the movie again, signal came back, stopped the movie and then I got half fullscreen again. Strange!
