If you are logged into a "limited" account this is a issue that happens.
From memory, you do need to change the account mediaportal runs on, to a administrator account in control panel\users\accounts and change the type of account, of course this can only be done when signed in as administrator, to be able to alter other account types.

When trying to run Setup with MediaPortal open (or choosing Configuration or one of the Wizards options), I get an empty Yes/No dialog box. Choosing Yes closes MediaPortal, choosing No cancels the action.
Clearly this dialog should show some text.

I know that the one is in tv an the other one is in video, but both are, since the new osd and belong to the progress bar, thought that it could be fixed in one way.

Made two screenies and paste a log where you can see that all files are read correctly.
Perhaps it depends to a special coded char (i think about unicode). Not sure if unicode is supported.
