I don't think that it would be wrong to use the latest Build of the TV-Server. Its purposes are very limited and it is not nearly as complex as MediaPortal itself. So the chance on introducing a new bug in the SVN is way lower than in the MediaPortal SVN.

For me, HD on fire-DTV work, only have to stop TV after watching SD and then switch to HD. When going back to SD, have to stop TV again and select a SD channel. I think it's because of the timeshift buffer not clearing when switching channels.
