As I said in my post, I tried the Tweak tool with no result!!!
Later on I discovered that I had to reboot my HTPC for the changes to work!!! A boring piece of work wathing this!!!!

i have uninstalled the server
and saw that the svn build is stil there only now server and this svn build does work
the only problem i get it whit the sound
if i start a channel the sound is at the right time but if i go to a diffrent channel (zappen if there are commericals) than the sound are sooner than it must be

XP's firewall is off on BOTH machines.

why not go onto the kworld website and download the latest drivers from them. It's just a thought and AFAIK you must have BDA drivers installed to use the card with MP. I used to have a kworld card (not the same one tho) and it worked fine with MP.

Thanks for the answer - at least it cleared that up for me. I was sort of hoping that the timeshifting just carried on on the same channel that it was on b4 watching the recorded show. I'll just have to modify the way I use MP to make sure every possible program the wife wants to watch is set to "record" (and get a bigger HD!)

I find a solution to my problem. With Graphedit, I see that the problem come with the MPA/MPV codec. I uninstall them with the command :
regsvr32 /u MPeg2DecFilter.ax
regsvr32 /u MPaDecFilter.ax

I found my satallite in the existing list after I update it.
If you want to add your own list just choosed any exist satallite list in
C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\Tuningparameters
and chage file name to match your satallite name, also change the frequencies in the file.
