@Lusitano
When I went back and looked, it appears to be a DVB tuner driver. You might have to poke around there if this is not what you need.

@Lusitano It looks like you can get the drivers here. Softpedia - Free Downloads Encyclopedia I've never used that particular site but they have been around for a while.
On a side note, I have an AverMedia Volar H837 but it's USB. US FM works on my server, no AM stations though.
In the past, I have added ATSC 3.0 channels using the IP method. The only problem with that was, I couldn't get the audio due to their use of AC-4. I tried to work around that by using the audio from another another non-ATSC 3.0 tuner's audio but, the time between the two broadcasts ruled that...
Some of you may remember the last time MC2XML expired and quit working on Schedules Direct (why does it do that?). Anyway, it quit working for me on 9/30/25. On a whim I went back to the Awardspace.info archive on the Wayback machine and lo and behold, it has been updated and works again!

@CyberSimian Sorry, I missed your last post. I ended up doing a clean install on the client and all is well now. It still doesn't let me go back in time when I change channels but it does continue operating from that point on. I'm ok with that. Thanks for your help!
EDIT: I now downgraded the...
I've not made any changes in the server in a long while, other than adding new stations. But I will reexamine my config. Nothing unusual with plugins, Pwr scheduler, xmltv, MP iptv and comskip launcher. Gonna take a break from this for a little while and come back when I have a clear head again...
Well, I was mistaken. Not sure what convinced me it was working, (probably because my brain is frazzled) but, it's still doing the same thing. I checked my other MP client last night and it's doing the same thing. I run the server headless but using VNC viewer it does the same thing. I did try...
@CyberSimian Thanks for your response, I was searching for that post you linked so I could post there but I couldn't find it again. I have used reminders in the past but I haven't done so in several days and when I do use them, I don't set it change the channel.
I'm curious though, what is...
When I first start watching a TV program the timeshift functions works perfectly. I can shift back and forth in time and it works like it's supposed to.
However, If I switch to another channel the timeshift function does not work at all. Something happens and it never recovers unless I stop...
Just throwing this out there. Could it be that the epg file is UTF-8 vs. UTF-8 BOM? I seem to remember having an issue with that many years ago but I don't specifically remember the details.
