For me it wasn't only the DLL causing problems (or might be the DLL and its handling of L0 and L0s power states). The new DLL prevented the TVService from crashing randomly after resuming my dedicated home (and tv-) server. I set the built in services watchdog in Windows to restart the service...

Ok. Re-installing WinXP Pro from the scratch almost did it. HDTV isn't stuttering anymore, however there're still some glitches and pixelations on ORF1 HD (Austrian public broadcaster sending in 720p) and very vew FPS on HD channels from sky. In the meantime I suspect the CAM I'm using. does...
