You need to set up LAV video and correct hardware acceleration :) MP use GUI that take a lot of GPU memory too Like you can see, DXVA2 is used for HEVC 4K video ;)

Yeah, it seems to not work, and you right it was working with EVR custom from MP. So to be able to make it works, it's needed to communicate with madVR, so it will not be done like madVR is closed source and need dev who can work on it (C++ source) and Tourettes is not here anymore and Owlsroost...

About your issue, it's related to Intel GPU and I know that I have tried to fix that when audio device is removed when refresh rate kick in because of Intel conception ! But it seems that all scenario case didn't always works :( I can't reproduce the issue because I'm using Nvidia 1050 GPU, and...
