Nope, because it cant be reproduced in development environment...sorry.

Any particular reason why you need external player for? Whats wrong with the internal one if you dont mind me asking?

With the MPC-HC you get less juddering as it has a built in mechanism for that (on Sony 46" 50Hz Bravia 2, Nvidia 8200, Athlon).
Although now in windows 7 (instead of vista) I get juddering everywhere.

You run a DPC (Deferred Procedure Calls) Latency Checker tool to check for problems on that. BIOS update and/or chipset driver update might eleviate a lot of those problems.

I do also have this very annoying problem. I have several reasons for using MPC-HC instead of the interal player.

First, standard EVR presentation gives me a lot more judder than EVRY custom or EVR sync that is available in MPC-hc. And, yes I have check that I do not have the latency problem according to DPC latency checker.

Second, MPC-HC allows for color correction (for us that want to calibrate by means of colorimeter like Eye-one) either through pixel shaders or through ICC profiles.

Third, MPC-HC gives me the possibility to choose between bilinear, bicubic (diffrent kinds) resizing. The internal player of MPC gives me no control over this. However, I guess this could be solved if I could get mediaportal to change resolution so that 720p is played in 1280*720p and 1080p in 1920*1080p. I know it is possible to change resolution based on framerate but that is not what i want to do.

Still no solution to this problem with the text disappearing? It doesn't happen all the time, just sometimes. Have to restart media portal to make it go away. Very annoying.

Same probleme for me. with mepo 1.2.1 and latest mp-tv series and streamedmp versions.
After playing a serie or two with an external player (mpc-hc for me) for about 30min, the list of series when coming back to mepo is empty.
Below is the mp-tv series log, i hope this can help;

Has anyone test this with the Avalon skin? It seems that since I've switched over from Mustayaluca (StreamedMP before that), I haven't had this issue happen anymore in Avalon.
