Hello DieBagger, great work done.

Really enjoying new release with one small (but strange) challange. I can't watch real time TV. When i press start timeshifting - i'm getting "Error starting timeshifting" on aMPdroid, but TV server has started it. There is timeshift file in timeshift folder, i can watch it on PC from there, even aMPdroid shows that that channel is on timeshift, but there is no option to start it - just stop or play on PC. When stoped al stops it normally like it should be.

aMPdroid log also looks good - timeshift started, no errors, no warnings. Any ideas where to look for clue ?

Just go to channellist and select "stream"... The "Error starting timeshifting" is a bug, thx for spotting it.

It also seems Trakt scrobbling isn't working. If I enter my credentials and hit test it says login successful, but if I then change tabs to apply the changes, come back to the social tab and test again it says login failed. I'm also getting an error in the log: "[(34)] WARN: Trakt: failed to update watch status of episode... failed authentication"

Thank you for your great work! I'm looking forward to use ampdroid on a bigger tablet, right now i am testing it on my phone
I would like to use ampdroid to control music playback on my htpc without having to turn on the monitor. For this purpose I am missing some
functions or maybe I'm just to stupid to find them ;-)

1. Is there a possibility to access the current playlist on my htpc? In the top right of the current playback there is a list icon, when i click it the current playback is just replaced by a white surface with nothing on it. Shouldn't this open up the playlist?
   I really like how you realized the playlist when streaming music! Dropping items and changing order is really easy. Is there a way to manipulate the playlist on the htpc the same way?
   
2. When playing on the htpc the Next button isn't working (I tried it on different computers (MP 1.2/MP 1.3)), Prev Button works well.
   
3. Long press on an item should give the possibility to cue it.

However, streaming TV, Movies, Series and Music works well for me!

Great work on this release. I can finally stream to a Motorola Xoom without it crashing after 2 minutes however, for some reason, when I hit the "play on PC" button nothing happens and likewise if I use the remote, nothing moves on the PC. Any ideas??

I would have liked to see your ampdroid Video, but as I am in Germany the GEMA is stopping me (no Google is stopping me and saying it is GEMAs fault ;-) ).

EMI Music in your Video? You might want to tell YouTube that it should Play it in Germany as well....

1) that's what SHOULD happen, it will be fixed for the next release
2) also, will be fixed -> thx
3) Long-Press -> Add to Queue (it's only available with actionbar actions though)

Hi guys, I have a question about streaming.

I am using a galaxy tab 8.9 with ICS and can only stream tv or media with the http profiles and using an external player (Vplayer). I have read about some people on here saying streaming works better than ever with internal player in some cases, so I'm convinced I'm missing something. Also, with the previous version of Ampdroid I could use the FFmpeg and vlc profiles with no problems at all, but now these dont work. I get half a second to a second of picture with these profiles, and then the picture freezes and ampdroid crashes.

Any ideas at all? Any logs that I can provide to help?

Thanks it helps. All fine. still one strange case i need to investigate. Channels which are MPEG4 encoded have some codec problems during playback - i see just green shuttering screen.... works well on MPEG-2 channels.
