Hi,

Now all works fine and stable under Win 7 and XP - many many thanks to all developers ( and of corse I use the Pro Version )

But I have a little Question about automatic PC Start.
Until now I use Boxtogo to wakeup my PC over Internet via Samsung S3.
Dyndns account is created and confugered in Fritzbox "Fernwartung". This works good but not stable. Sometimes dyndns does not updatet.

Is it possible to wakeup my PC within amPdroid ?

Wol in Fritzbox (3270) and DynDNS ist working perfect for me, i use the WoL Setting "Diesen Computer automatisch starten, sobald aus dem Internet darauf zugegriffen wird." There is nothing to do in aMPdroid.

Well the updates have fixed most probs and all in all aMPdroid is looking pretty good, things are pretty smooth on my Sony tablet S and LG Optimus, massive improvement and very smooth......keep up the hard work guys its much appreciated.....(Pro purchaser)....

Hi guys, I have a question about streaming.

I am using a galaxy tab 8.9 with ICS and can only stream tv or media with the http profiles and using an external player (Vplayer). I have read about some people on here saying streaming works better than ever with internal player in some cases, so I'm convinced I'm missing something. Also, with the previous version of Ampdroid I could use the FFmpeg and vlc profiles with no problems at all, but now these dont work. I get half a second to a second of picture with these profiles, and then the picture freezes and ampdroid crashes.

Any ideas at all? Any logs that I can provide to help?

I have exactely the same problem on my Galaxy S3! Only profiles working are the http ones, and only in external player (MoBoPlayer). On my GalaxyTab 10.1, it doesn't even work with MoBoPlayer, just no movie is shown and the app crashes.

do you also tried the RTSP Direct stream? i had also problems with the compressed streams but the direct stream is fine with Vplayer

I am also a Samsung galaxy S3 owner with some/same problems. I have done some test and here are my results:
- I can stream with ffdshow or vlc profiles using exernal player "DICE Player", as with ampdroid 1.0/service 0.4.3.
- I have the same problem as mentioned above with internal player so i tried some external players (VLC, MX Player, ES video player and DICE Player) and the only one that played all the media was DICE Player. I have to test MoBoPlayer and VPlayer if them work better than DICE player. In all my tests i am using DICE Player.
- If i try VLC direct profile i can see a few videos well and a lot of them with lots of pixelation after 1 second.If i try seeking starts well 1 second and then pixelatios comes. If i try to play this videos with same player from lan directly using samba (that is, no using ampdroid) i can see them perfectly without pixelation, but i am unable to seek with DICE Player with samba. If i try MXPlayer with samba in lan i can play and seek perfectly. If i try them with webmediaportal i see them perfectly but i can't seek in video.
- If i am in tv guide with all channels list, if i mark a tv program to record directly here (with the auxiliar menu that appears with long thumb click) it doesn't add that record to the schedulle list. However, if i do this in the concrete channel EPG works well, so i can add recordings only if i enter in the channel but not from all channels list. I used to do this in ampdroid 1.0.
- if i enter in the streaming menu of a tv program, when i select the option "view RTSP original from Mediaportal" it gives me the following error: "I'm sorry this video can't be played". I suppose that this si because i select DICE Player from the player list, but, if to play this option you must use an external player, with what external player works well?

Sorry to add to the confusion, but I'm running all profiles on my Galaxy TAB 10.1 (P7500) with the internal player. My tab is running CM10 (Android 4.1.2) at the moment.

Yes it is... just tried another setup with same result Guessing its a phone problem then...
