!! Help !!
1st: I have Android Motorola Defy with AMPdroid and VPlayer installed.
2nd: Mediaportal V 1.2.1 in Multiseat environment. Server with Tv4Home (Core Services).
3rd: The MP Client with GmaWebservice end WiFi remote.
I use the last versions.

Now my problem: Remote works well.
Video: I dont see anything under Shares and under Videos i don see all Videofiles that i have on my server. Under Films i dont see anything.
TV: Streaming startet VPlayer but it stopped directly and go back to to the Ampdroid Menu.

The streming works well if i use vplayer (Android) direct and give the RTSP Stream URL direct in. Also worked in VLC Player (Android)

I have put in the authentication with admin admin and i use for the client directly the ipadress from the server and the windows client.

I hope anyone can help me.

hey there, i want to try aMPdroid, but if i want to install GmaWebservice nothing happened.
my system ist win7 with all updates. i doubleclick on GmaWebservice.exe and the extracting message appear.
nothing else, no installationprocess.

what happened !?

edit:
sorry, checked the services and it seems that the gmaservice is running.
now i have to try to connect, it didnt work :-(

hm, if i try to connect from my laptop to the htpc (wlan) over the link:
http://192.168.2.104:4321/GmaWebService/MediaAccessService/json/GetServiceDescription

nothing happened, no connection.
what i have to do that it works?

there isn't enough information to have anyone help...

okay, now it works.
i followed the guide, but there was a missunderstanding in naming the client ;-)

maybe a stupid question, but I didn't find an answer. When I'm in the music section on the client, and then I push on shares, I got only an unsorted result. Is there the possibility to have an alphabetical sorted output to choose from?

Proper sorting will be available in the next release...

Ok maybe a stupid question . I have everything up and running on my home network . So does this only work on my home network ? I mean can i use this , say in the pub over wifi or even 3g to record shows or watch stuff . Sorry if this has been covered .

Sure you can as long as you route the correct ports...
