    If you intend to use it to receive DVB-T TV/radio then it will probably work (>90% chance). I can't guarantee because I don't have the tuner, but I'd be very surprised if it didn't work (after proper driver installation, configuration etc.).

    If you intend to use it to receive analog TV and/or FM radio then it could work... or it might not (50%). You'd at least need software encoders to make it work.
