O M G Digital Cable finally!!!!

WOW! Sorry to say but I'd even be willing to lose MP for the chance to be able to use digital cable on my PC!!!

Of course convincing my cable provider to set me up with such a card is a different story!

Dang!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This looks more like the card I'd want : TwinhanDTV Cab-CI

Currently I have a FTA HDTV wonder (puke) but even ATI cant make it work with any of their own cards, and considering I managed to make it and my AIW 2006 work together in MP impressed me!!!!!

I'll have to keep an eye on this thread now!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Actually I solved this myself. I did have the correct driver (it was the only one which would work). But on the drivers download page, there was an additional item called "TBS6281se V2 Change Mode Tool". There was zero documentation to accompany this. I downloaded it and ran it. It is a tool to detect the current run state of both...

I think 1.38 is easier, it's a minor addition, judging by the lack of bugs, 1.39 is still a long way off. Ideally, the TuningParameters settings would be moved to MPE1, along with all the skins. Then any minor fixes could be updated quickly.

Perhaps... Only way to confirm would be for me to invest in a different USB DVB-S2 tuner (like the Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-S2), which I might do if the issue persists.

It's getting weirder..... If I remove all the IP cards in the TVServer setup and then add them back I can scan the M3u and tune the stations but if I rescan it on the same card it just keeps updating the 1 channel. My brain is melting.........

I currently have two Quatros running, one connect, one duo using OTA antennae, mostly UHF fringe area, mostly cat5 local network. Hauppauge card retired long ago. I have also retired very early SD units, the Quatros seem to work much better than the older units. Go to SD's support website and download and install the windows...
