The SVN files for the TV server are full installs. All you need to do is uninstall the tv server and the tv server plugin from add and remove plugins. One thing you want to do is make sure you have the older setup files in the same location when you uninstall the tv server or it will bitch.
Extract out the new SVN files into a directory and then install from there. Once again, make sure you don't delete your setup file until you have uninstalled the tv server for that version.
FYI, you can also play with these settings: show TV Server Configuration shortcut => Right-click => Properties => Compatibility => Change High DPI settings
That way you don't have to change the whole scaling of Windows just for this particular application

I currently have two Quatros running, one connect, one duo using OTA antennae, mostly UHF fringe area, mostly cat5 local network.
Hauppauge card retired long ago. I have also retired very early SD units, the Quatros seem to work much better than the older units.
