I have tried three different Web Browser plugins and they all have the same problem-- I don't have the top nav that is shown in the screen shots. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

Do you have MP1.0.2.?

Because I had the same. In TV-server there is a plugin, called Top Bar, activation of that plugin helped to solve it.
