another thing: you have KD right? So from tomorrow on you don't need a smartcard for the normal Tv anymore
So if you have a DVB-C card already our are lucky And most of the DVB-C cards are also DVB-T capable... but I think you know this

Anyone having an idea how can I simulate the problem without actually having a TV setup?

It's a simple fix for sure as from @elliotmc's log I know where to look.

Or can someone recommend a a DVB-T dongle for MP, so I can test TV as well? Amazon Link would be nice.

Just go to the next media Markt and buy a stick. When the problem is fixed, bring it back and say you don't get a good signal or something like that. Their return policy normally allows stuff like that .

Just ordered one at Amazon. Will send back if it does not work. I love the German "Fernabsatzgesetz". Have it tomorrow, so I can test TV stuff as well. As it is not for watching but developing, I don't care really how good it is. Added some better Antenna to it. That should give me at least a few channels for testing TV related thingies.

In the meantime I work on some other things on my long to do list.

Hi toghether,

Due to the fact that I have a "Droped Frame" problem playing all kind of videos with MP 1.3 (wihich I never had in 1.2.3) I followed a tipp in the forum and deployed build 13. Unfortunately I destroyed my testsystem with deploying build 013. After follwing the steps in post 1 I had no more TV and epg etc. Rolling back the files had no effext of behaviour, also a new installation, I had to uninstall MP completly, so I decided to restore an image. Is thsi a normal behaviour testing the builds?

And if rolling back doesn't help maybe your whole config is wrong...

but what? waht do you mean my configuration is wrong? copying a couple of files from a to be shouldn't be a big things. As I described I habe problems with TV, I alos could not close TV configuration by pressing ok Button. As I saw build 13 had nothing to do with tv so I was wondering why this could happen?
