Thanks everyone. I have enough info now. I'll be adding full support to the svn in the next couple of weeks.

    diehard2:

Don't know if its related to your changes, but on my first recording I don't get any sound when trying to play within MP. Outside MP in WMP it works fine. Older recordings work in MP too.
What changes did you do and where to adjust them? Because maybe it's totally unrelated to your changes...

My log (seems pretty fine tho):

    Hi paloema,

If it has sound in WMP, it should not be related to my changes. I'll ask around and see if anything changed in the playback stuff.

    Thanks alot diehard2,

but this problem was only on a single recording. Three others, which I tested, worked good. So probably no need to investigate further...if it happens again, I'll post again here.

I have a Hauppauge WinTv Go Plus 1033 (pci). It is new and relatively basic in comparison to other tuners. The MP setup program recognizes the tuner, but says it cannot create a graph of the device, therefore I can't autoscan to set up my channels and downlaod a zap2it guide. Is this problem related to the problem with Hauppauge tuner you are talking about in this posting? I am excited to get MP set up, but I can't get past this issue. Is the 1033 just not compatible, because I don't see it listed in the wiki. I thought maybe because it is possibly new to the market. Maybe not. I hope you or someone knows the answer.

Hi everyone, any svn after 13390 should have quality control working again. Your mileage may vary. Please let me know of any problems, including nothing happening. Thanks.

@medaiman- sorry, I'm not familiar with that card, and I don't think it is a hardware encoding card.

Bought a Hauppauge hvr-4000 today, get "Unable to create graph for this card", ran this quality check but it crashed...
