ok, have to delete the import line for it, i have add the import only for a test and it seems i have not delete it.
The common.picback.xml is not needed for xface. But it should not cause problems.

Reinstalled MP and now cannot get Fanarthandler to work correctly due to missing "externally managed" TV Series files.

If anyone ever experiences the above, I found a fix. Removing and reinstalling MP-TVSeries fixed it. It must have gotten corrupted during the reinstall of MP. I also had to do the same with TRAKT which had some issues too that were not apparent at the time. All is well once again. :cool:

After much trial and error and comparing this computer with another that was working, I finally found out that Fanarthandler...
On Windows 11 I'm having a similar experience, except it's with MySql.
Today I downloaded MediaPortalSetup_1.31_Release.zip and I get CRC check error.

When I was installing MP 1.31 last weekend I selected to download the files and install from a local folder.

Yes. You're right. I've found that removing access to AresPlugin.dll stops AresLog.txt being updated.
Although you could delete everything relating to Ares, I think you don't have to once you've removed AresPlugin.dll.
