Here is my first set of logs, almost everything with default settings.
Scan settings;
DiSEqC: Port A (opt.A...?)
LNB Type:Universal
SATELITE:19.2 E
Many failed TP scans, especially Linear V 27500 and above

You sure the script was ok :

Gentle.Common.GentleException: The columns idleMode, multiChannelDecryptMode, alwaysSendDiseqcCommands, diseqcCommandRepeatCount, pidFilterMode, useCustomTuning, useConditionalAccess in table Card do not exist.

For sure on fresh db, i need to apply manually 61 and 62 script and then the db is correct
Maybe it's ok for you too but just notice above error in tv.log.

Yes i assume, did you apply too 61 script ?
You should have : dbo.LnbType and "idLnbType" in dbo.TuningDetail.
It's just to be sure if you have all above it should work even if i didn't have an Anysee card.
mm is the best to see what wrong of course
