Let me see what I can come up with. I think that I can just create a new branch based on 1.2.2 and then merge in my changes since I only touch a few files.

Alright guys, please try this one. I made a new branch off the 1.2.2 tag and then did a cherry-pick of my commits. Looks to have worked.
I also added the TVOSD skin file for the Default theme.
Please let me know what you think.
