Any ideas on what software I could use to manually create chapters in existing mkv files? Also, does MePo have functionality for listing the chapters? (I'm sure it can skip between them OK).

    Thanks

    Hi.
You can use mkvpropedit (from the MKVToolnix package) to add chapters to existing mkv without remuxing them.
