    Hi Karmi,

I use three SSD's in total. One in the main TV Server and one in each client. I did a clean install on each system as I felt that this would be the best way of setting them up. I didn't want any legacy issues affecting the performance.

The SSD's made a huge difference to the GUI and overall WAF (y)

Hi Karmi, yes I did this. The thing to remember is Microsoft tools typically only allow you to migrate a drive to another of equal or greater size regardless of wether the actual amount of data on the HDD would fit on the SSD or not. What I did was download a trial version of Acronis True Image http://www.acronis.co.uk/homecomputing/products/trueimage/ which is fully functional. With that software you can create an image of your HDD and provided the amount of data on your HDD will fit on your SSD, create a USB bootable stick (with the Acronis software you download) and then write it onto your new SSD as a perfect 1:1 copy.

Once thats done and you are booting into Windows, re-run the Windows Experience Rating assesment tool and aparently it notices you have an SSD and makes the modifications to Windows nessicary for optimum performance.

It literally took a couple of hours and was completely painless in my experience.

    Hope that helps.

I have not experienced that myself, and I don't know of any reason why that might occur (but my knowledge of how TV Server works is not extensive). It is strange that you mention this because there are now four DVB-T channels in the UK that behave in the same way (this is new for the UK). I think that these might be some sort of...

Well, there is nothing wrong in the log. I have personaly tested the bitstreaming after DVD resume, and I can confirm that the LAV audiodecoder shows status 'bistreaming' on the output. What is your LAV status?

MP 1.32 x64 does not have a 64 bit TV Server but it uses the x86 one but should have upgraded the 1.30 x86 TV Server to MP 1.32(still x86) The fact it does not appear to have done so is not surprise to me, the MP 1.32 x64 installer is far from being bug free. If everything is functioning OK my advice would be to leave it alone and...

The layout of remotes does vary from one model/brand to another. I too find that some layouts are better than others. Generally, I prefer the buttons that I use most-frequently to be positioned near the center of the remote, which is not the case with that particular Dell remote. :( Battery life is often a problem. A remote that I...
