I had this problem. Open a command prompt and type "ping gdata.youtube.com". That didn't work for me, which made me realize something was messed up. I checked my firewall (that could have been it) but I couldn't ping it even with the firewall turned off. Next I checked my DNS settings and found out that I didn't have a DNS server set. I added the right entry and then everything worked (not just youtube).

I'm getting this issue currently with the latest MP and OnlineVideos plugin. ping gdata.youtube.com works fine...
Ok I figured it out. For some reason the youtube settings don't like my email/password combination (which I retyped multiple times and still had no success). If I delete these fields, everything loads fine again.

That fixed the problem. I just manually installed VC_redist.x64.exe and reinstalled 1.32 64-bit. Thanks for that.
A couple of things; the deployment tool for 1.32 doesn't remove the previous version when you're updating from 1.31 to 1.32 and "MediaPortal TV Server" gets installed even when you choose to install the client only.
