FanArt Problem (2 Viewers)

hello,


when i update my movie into database it usually download fanart for each movie. but after i update MePo it wont download fanart no more..i using streamMP any fix of this?tired to put fanart manually..tq..

Got the same problem with 1.4.0. standard.
The problem is the script for grabbing the fan art, it is using 'themoviedb' api 2.1, but this is no longer supported by themoviedb (according to their website).
They only support API 3.

The problem can be seen in the configuration logs, look for the word 'Fanart Serach'

You will see the url that is being used, it will look like this: -

http://api.themoviedb.org/2.1/Movie.imdbLookup/en/xml/2ed40b5d82aa804a2...........

I have tried updating the VDBParserStrings.xml file and just changed the 2.1 to 3, but this does not work, see message in the log below: -

Fanart Serach: TMDB returns no API result for - ....... (http://api.themoviedb.org/3/Movie.imdbLookup/en/xml/2ed40b5d82aa804a2............./tt.......)

Hope this can be fixed soon, already missing it.

Hi Holzi,

Thanks for the quick reply, but I don't see any ref to the Fan Art problem at that link, I see fixes for the Actor information but not Fan Art.

I don't see any updates to the VDBParserStrings.xml file that contains the url information for the Fan Art, see below taken from the file: -
