I fixed my problem. The solution was to disable the Bluetooth PAN connection (in network connections).

It has nothing to do with TS analyzer.

Thanks anyway,
D.

There is one more problem. When you leave from mediaportal or from TV mode, tv server continues to accept the traffic. If directshow graph it is impossible to close, can switch to the fictitious channel that the traffic did not go?

Yes, I fixed it today, try it and report results

    Hello,

first of all thank you for a really big solution to my only Mediaportal complain - watching IPTV on my HTPC. I have a problem finding/ displaying IPTV programs. First when I set up everything according to your guide and start seraching the channels from my m3u list there were no channels found. I've tryed with various m3u combinations but without any positive result. Then I've started VLC and checked if VLC was able to display my IPTV channels - the result was positive. Then I've opened the VLC playlist and started SAP announcment. VLC found only the radio stations (but still able to play all the IPTV channels). I've chose one radio station from the list and started TV server configuration. I've repeated the search of the m3u channels (all my channels) and it was a success!

So my problem is that finding and than displaying IPTV channels in mediaportal works only if the VLC player is currently playing one of the channels found with SAP announcment.

If I start Mediaportal without VLC player and try to play an IPTV channel it displays: Unable to start timeshifting, Unable to start graph.

    Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Very strange

Can you please post your tv.log, one when VLC is not running, so you cannot watch tv and one when VLC is running. I need to compare it. And include your TSWriter.log and error.log as well. There are few people that have problems with channel scanning, I think there is something strange with TS analyzer. There is one report that disabling bluetooth fixed the problem. I am thinking of preparing test application so I can collect more debug information from you. This is the only possible way to find where is the problem

You can try to build graph with graphedit and see if it works. Look at this post:

    Hi Mikeyko,

after the entire night of trial and error I found out that disabling the windows firewall solved the problem. Now the channels are found in TV server configuration and displayed in Mediaportal. The only problem is that some channels (ad example Slovenia 1 or POP TV) are playing without sound. I have no issues when using VLC player.

I'm attaching the requested file if you have any idea about the "no sound" issue.

All the requested files (except the error.log that wasn't created) are available on Free File Hosting Made Simple - MediaFire

    Thank you!!!

Great find! I do not see problems in your log. Try to change audio directshow filter. I have best results with Microsoft MPEG-1/DD for audio and Microsoft MPEG-2 for video. Also, do you have set correctly your audio renderer? You will find those settings in MP configuration TV section.

If you have your htpc connected to receiver, check prefer ac3 sound option

    Hi Nightwolfru and Mikeyko,

I'm glad to inform you that the installation of the AC3Filter and changing the MP Configuration -> Television: Audio decoder = AC3Filter solved the issue of "no audio" in certain programs.

Thank you for your help and your effort for making possible to watch IPTV in Mediaportal!

    :D

    Matevz

P.S. for Slovenian users: it is ultimately possilbe to watch SIOL TV with this method!
