Flickering Tv-guide and other overlays with EVR enabled (4 Viewers)

I have for ~ 1½ year used an integrated Radeon 3200 and have only experienced flickering GUI for the last few months. And this is only for MPEG2-files/tv. If I disable HW-accell. I don't see it anymore. But then my deinterlacing sucks

I have tried every available codec to cure the problem. I don't want to:

1. spend more money on GFX card
2. use more unneccesary power

The problem is logged in Mantis, but with a note of Will Not Fix.

Another workaround is to use single processor affinity for MediaPortal - since the problem only occurs with dual cpus.
But if you need dual cpu in MP (for decoding non-dxva compliant movies?) then this is no good of course...

This IS on Windows 7

I cannot reproduce on my Windows 7 laptop or on my two XP machines (one with Nvidia, one with ATi).

This is not a good workaround since it makes all the code to be run on the one core. If there are any CPU hungry directshow filters (MP audio renderer, ReClock...) it will greatly increase the possibility for juddering or dropped frames.

It's DXVA that triggers the bug in ATI combination (still not sure if it is MP or ATI bug).

with V16 i get sound stutter every now and then don't have the problem with V15.
