We could also migrate to sourceforge and keep svn if you guys prefer that
But git would be more logical as MP is on github.

Well I think it's time for me to start learn to use git. It's going to be some extra time spending learning new stuff, but that's actually why I tried to fix those Swedish sites - a way to learn about a new platform and and a new lanuage.

for me it's more easy than svn. with merging tool. a much to have

i hate git for small projects. I even moved some projects already from GIT to SVN. And GitGub allows to use SVN, so we can move to GitHub and keep our project history/log.

to be honest, i don't know, i don't use svn since a while...

If Git, support svn i don't have issue with it. but as now, we use git fo MP. it's maybe the time to uniformize ?
