What is you problem guys?
Mine is working fine.
I have Win XP SP2, MP 0.2.3 Final (no SVN) and my HVR 1600 (analog) works just fine. (i tried ATSC in 0.2.3 final, but did not work)
I tried RC1 server TV (no SVN & no PsisDecd.dll fix) in analog and ATSC, both works, so why you need the graph?
Actually, when i run the DVbfix (PsisDecd.dll) it make crash MP.

Hi master!

I know the 0.2.3 Final work fine, but if you see the download section, this version release is ended.

I see you know not more about the new MP and the future way of the MP.

You cant download no more single MP or single Server, only the Server/Client combo.

Try please:
1.,Install with the first option the new version (RC1 this is the new MediaPortal+Server),
(first copy your old MP dir to another place - if you get error you can back copy)

2.,select first option from install, : This is when you want use your tv card on your mashine not from network (this is the old MP), but...

3.,after install you see nothing in the television section in the configuration, only server name, address.

4.,You need uninstall the MP Server (only this, accept the warnings)

Tada...After this procedure, you get the new MediaPortal RC1, with aviablility add your tv card, but...you get surprise if you want add your old card, unable to creat graph for this device.


Not bad if you say 0.2.3 ok for me, but this version get no more support...

I second that, the HVR-1600 verified fully working for QAM256 and Analog Cable, used a 1ghz splitter and replaced the old 900 splitter with a 1ghz as well at the drop.

I'm having schedulesdirect issues with the plugin, the card takes decades to do channel scanning on QAM, when you do, I suggest you use "QAM Standard". Use the Intervideo NonCSS HCW Mpeg Decoder for video and AC3 Filter for the full S/PDIF audio (or Interv Audio if your running analog audio)

how do you program your remote control using MCE replacement plugin?

I can confirm the HVR-1600 for analog and 256ClearQAM digital cable. The only issue I have is that I have several channels that MediaPortal won't tune to that I've verified as being 256clear QAM by tuning them with GB-PVR. With the latest SVN (19311) I can get the missing stations as audio only, but still no video. Maybe there is a way to tweak the tuning sensitivity?

Using the included Hauppauge remote, all the buttons are mapped perfectly, and I have no need for the IR blaster

further testing for me seems the problem is in decoding the 319250 frequency and finding the multiple channels contained on that frequency anyone else with this problem?

it is strange , when i press a number like 23 on the remote , it goes to channel 27 and not channel 23. also when i press like 30 , it goes to channel 40. it is channel. is there any fixed on this problem.

First, that question shold be asked in Remotes section in the forums.
Anyway, You need to tell what remote controle are you using, what MP version, etc...

qam not found

has anyone been able to get media portal to identify the qam tuner on this card. for some reason when i am setting up to add this device, it only lists the atsc and ntsc tuners and not the qam. i am new to all this so maybe i am missing something. any thoughts? your help is much appreciated.

Yes, MP work whit the QAM.
And again, give some more info man, MP version, last SVN?, etc...
