Help!! my device will not switch on :S (1 Viewer)

i Have a Freecom dvb-t usb stick... i installed media portal, it finds the device ok, but will not find channels or switch the device on in "my tv", any help would be greatly appreciated. ty TOKER

The Device has an orange light onit i pressume it means standby, and media portal will not find or display any thing.. says signal strenth is excelent tho but no signal quality :confused:

    First, have you installed and got working with it's own software, for us that means everything should work with Mediaportal, if TVCard VERSION is supported.

    If not then look here

    And follow the step by step guides.

    Post back if having difficulties, but remember you have access to your pc, we do not.

    my dvb-t card is not listed in the supported list... But it does reconise the card...i do not have the original software... if someone could send me a link or email it to me please.. thanx

    Actually I solved this myself. I did have the correct driver (it was the only one which would work). But on the drivers download page, there was an additional item called "TBS6281se V2 Change Mode Tool". There was zero documentation to accompany this. I downloaded it and ran it. It is a tool to detect the current run state of both...
