Wrong folder.
c:\ProgramData
Windows usually hides that folder, so you have to copy and paste the path into the address bar in Windows Explorer to get there.
...or use the "User Files" shortcut in the Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal folder in the Windows start menu.
take the LogoManager plugin from the second link above

FYI, you can also play with these settings: show TV Server Configuration shortcut => Right-click => Properties => Compatibility => Change High DPI settings
That way you don't have to change the whole scaling of Windows just for this particular application

Ok, thanks much. I will look into the instructions above. For the moment, I turned off the "Automatic channel logo update" in Settings (which somehow I had missed, I think because it wasn't an option previously), and the deleted everything in the Flat-default folder and populated it with my own logos.
