How to display Trakt widgets in the forum (1 Viewer)

Maybe a stupid question but I can't figure how to get those nice banners in my signature! Like the post above me. Please help

Forgot to mention that I already tried that. I copied the link from one of those widgets to my signature, but I only see my link I pasted and not the banner.

try remove the =550x40, I dont think MediaPortal forum allows changing the size.
