Not planned yet.
It's a pity, I too would be very happy if there is an Basic-Home-editor for the default skin, because i find the skin really great.
It would be enough, if the editor is able to configure the menus- and submenus-Links.
Is an editor planned for the future?

Planned: Yes, but I don´t see it in the near future
Hi.
Just changing the hyperlinks and the labels is no big deal. Should be possible to nearly everyone with a little PC knowledge. Wiki is a good way to start. Grab yourself Notepad and a copy!!!!!! of basichome.xml and there you go.
Hello,
I tried to edit the menus- and submenus-Links. But without success. There are some places where I may edit. But I don't know, which of them I may edit. Also are there methods, which I don't know.
Is there an manual or a tutorial, how I can edit a basic-home-menu.
Ciao
Thomas

When I rebooted this morning, the same problem came back. But I did find my error, it turned out I had accidently clicked on "Filtering: On startup filter by: Unwatched Movies" in "Moving Pictures Configuration". Don't know how I did that. (n)

I do not know why this xml was in my theme folders, it must have sneaked in some time ago (years?). I simply removed the file. The Latest Media Handler plugin seems to be working as expected. I've had no lock-ups.

Hi.
I was probably being a bit fast and loose with my terminology. I meant "somewhere within the files that MP2 uses in its database".
Anyway, I found a way to do this which was far from automated but relatively low effort. I found what looked like all the images (CD covers, DVD covers, backgrounds etc all lumped together in...
