Ok. THanks for the lookup Kev, Im downloading v172 now. I will give the results afterwards. IF its not working, I think i will go for that sweex card.

Yep, I just ordered that sweexcard for E 16,= hope I get it early next week. Ill let you all know if its working OK.

Never realised there was a supported device list...
SupportedDevices - cmediadrivers - Google Code - Incomplete list of supported devices confirms that Sweex card will work. Just need to ensure you use the drivers from the link above and not the ones that come with it

Aah.. Yes.
I installed the card. Had trouble getting it to work. I forgot that you had to select Headphone or stereo desktop speaker in Windows. NOw I have AC3 + DTS decoding in 44 + 48 khz. thanks for the support and help here guys appreciated!
