Can anyone tell me how to retreive my IMDB data, everytime I upgrade MP I seem to loose
all my album art, etc. any ideas would be great thanks !!

Not quite sure what you're after, take a look in Application data or Program Data folder then Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\thumbs\*
and in Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal check thru the *.xml files
