Das ist anscheinend normal. Für CUDA wird immer die höchste Stufe verwendet (P0). Für DXVA allerdings die zweithöchste Stufe, zumindest nach einer gewissen Zeit. (P8) Dann gibts noch den Idle Zustand. (P12)
