I works and i'm happy now

Just one thing I cant get to work. If I choose another comport than com1 Ledcontroller does not remember it and switch back to com1 after reboot.

Do you know of an solution?

I can swith to other com ports. No problem here.
But because I do not have a com 2 or 3 I get an error message at startup.
(Did you switch off UAC?)

Sorry, I think I never implemented that, and won't be doing either, I just looked and I have thrown my source files away.
So development is dead.
