[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (2 Viewers)

htpc is occupied atm, but I've already successfully paired it with the tv ..
so a bit about this disable optimization option: (ya made me curious, thx for mentioning it again seb. i've forgotten about it)
tried it and omg, it works - exclusive mode with fall creators and dx9 again with 2d
also tried 3d mvc but that was very strange. the first run has been funny 2d-3d again. on the second try, it was switched correctly and ran correctly for the first time but when I pressed stop madvr crashed, unbelievable. log attached
and surprisingly on additional runs i only had 2d-3d framepacked again....at least also no crash

Ok let see what does the attached version
I hope it works for you, i was able to start 3D in exclusive with this version
But still need to test, i have done some cleanup about sometimes loop call, i hope it will not trigger regression
Still on my side D3D11 mode (without exclusive) that give 10bits work pretty good

I've been playing around a bit and can announce half success but I'm not quite finished .... with the new version fp 3d worked in exclusive but it has also twice crashed, log attached. So I have configured auto3d commands and became aware again, why I had not coupled it with the tv control .. because I can not switch my tv manually to 3d framepacked only automatically. if I activate 3d in Windows and used madvr with defaults (only the first 3d option ticked) I had no problems with framepacked but theres another problem because of the tv thinks its always in 3d mode, so i can not select old sbs 3d formats anymore only disable 3d mode from within the TV popup

Yep on my beamer, i'm sending a 2D command to stop the auto mode (MVC).
But when i start a SBS, Auto3D send a SBS 3D command to beamer and it does the switch correctly. (the same for TAB).
But like the latest build seems to do the exclusive mode (for now), i have let madVR does the 3D switch alone :
Still, i can manually turn off my beamer mode to 2D with Auto3D and enable it too lol.
I have noticed a bug in Auto3d (it more likely related to HID it seems) the key to display the menu is sended twice (but seems to be only for some key like "/" or "*" without quote) i will try to see why but already past some time on it without fully figure out.
So i will upload a new Auto3D package, because with this double Auto3D context menu, it restore the subtitle switch to default so not good
In between from remote it's OK lol.
what winver ya using on htpc?
only automatic mode works for 3d-fp, with some kind of autodetection from the tv itself.. and 3d popup menu for that old sbs/tab stuff
