    There is a change in V77, the fact to render all layers, i will revert this change for you guys and see if it's the cause of crash :)

    Sorry Seb, I am unintentionally cryptic sometimes :)

    I was asking why the guide would show in black if madVR didn't have a means to have the gui interact with it... but if course I guess I'm misunderstanding the technicalities.

    As in, the behaviour is still worse in MP than MPC (performancewise), but this is more info for team MP than something that is my concern :)

    Thanks now i'm following you :)

    You are right :) it should be only when madVR is running :)

    So this code is wrong :
    C#:
            if (GUIGraphicsContext.VideoRenderer != GUIGraphicsContext.VideoRendererType.madVR &&
                GUIGraphicsContext.InVmr9Render)
            {
              _imageNonFocusedMid.OverlayFileName = OverlayFileNameTNFM;
            }

    Here we go :)

    No help:(

    H265 HEVC Crashes

    I didn't change anything on my system, I can try V75 + Core/mp files 2gb if you want (but files were removed from forum)...

    Yes please, because it should be like MP_2GB so this is strange :)

    Amazing.:confused::confused:
    V75 + 2gb core.... No crash on H265 :ROFLMAO:
    H264 perfect 4k.:cool:
    Perfect tv channel change SD, HD.... Almost a final version for my setup

    Let me know if you need any additional test from my side

    Really weird, at first, i was thinking, that the mediaportal.exe from V77 has the >2Gb not set, but i have checked locally and it was set.
    Could you reinstall V77 and i will upload the same version by manually set the >2Gb change on bin (mp.exe) :)

    Let's try :)

    The diff between V75 and V77 is :
    - GUILayer change (but pretty sure is not the cause)

    Ok
    Here I go.

    I'm afraid there was something wrong on V77 installer.

    Installer plus V77 2Gb zip has greatly improved. Here are my findings

    4K is really more stable than before (similar to v75). No crash at all, although stopped responding once after changing from one H265 to another H265 without stopping. Playback of 4k 264 is perfect.

    But TV crashed several times on channel change.

    here are my logs
    On my last tv crash I manually stooped tv server because tuned channel was still on time shift with mp crashed
