I just notice that htpc the detection wasn't always ok even with the delay but i have try something that seems to do a trick, would be nice if you can test
Like last auto3D has 5 secs of delay, when the video start to appear on screen, i put the video in pause and stay like this few secs and the magic appear
So if you can confirm later

My wife doesnt even want to watch movies together anymore... she says each time instead of watching i pause and start testing while she has to wait.....

The trick is to quickly note the timecodes of scenes that would be good for testing in your smartphone so you can go back to them to test when you're not watching the movie with someone.

@Sebastiii oh men, pls try with good old dx9 copy-back maybe i found that little big difference in our configs
i changed my lav to nativ and the "magic" just works again on desktop
and in comparison with nativ there is almost no delay on start with lav copy back

I will be able to test the pause also.
I'm on native on HTPC and ratatouille didn't go until i use the pause hack lol
