MediaPortal 1.3 resume and sleep for TV recording (1 Viewer)

Can MediaPortal resume from sleep to record TV and then send Windows in sleep mode once finished recording?
Basically I would like to schedule some recoding while away on vacation.

Yes, it can. Just configure powerscheduler in the TV-server config (you can find documentation in the wiki).

On the assumption you are using an OTA/Cable or Sat tuner then no internet connection is required for live TV recordings. BUT only if you already have Media Portal fully installed and functional.
