Looks like weak/bad signal, you've got a lot of continuity errors in your logs.

I also encountered sporadic stutter with this svn. I restored the image with MP 1 final (no SVN) which seems to cure the problem.
However now changing between HD and SD channels is less robust and zapping speed seems to be slower.

RTV: No, i only use onebuttonplay and installed today the new version of backupmediaportal.

I installed this week a clean version of Vista and MediaPortal 1.0. Yesterday I installed this svn with the onebuttonplay, which works. Further no fancy things at all.

Just installed a clean version on my Labtop with vista Home Premium After installing MediaPortal 1.0 save plalist works fine. After installing the SVN not possible anymore to save the playlist. I added the laptop logs to this post.

Just thinking, is this problem maybe caused bij the other reported issue about the missing virtual keyboard, because the function save playlist uses the virtual keyboard?!?!

Replaced the dialogs.dll with the one from Mediaportal 1 (inital version) and the problem is solved! Its possible to save the playlist again, i don't know yet if it will cause other problems but so far so good!

What does that mean

It is filling the logfile continuously!?! I even can't open the logfile itself cause my texteditor says the whole time that the file is beeing changed permanently!

Furthermore I realised, that everytime after hibernate my remote (original Hauppauge HVR4000 remote) doesn't work anymore and I've got to restart MP In Final 1.0 everything seemed ok with that.

PS: Restarted Server and MP manually and stuttering is gone but the above mentioned entrys in log still persist and continue. Anybody a clue what that means

Just finished updating...............pin numbers are not working for me now. It tells me "The entered pin number could not be accepted. Do you want to try again? Yes or No" If I select yes, I get the same message.

Running Vista ultimate 64 bit.

Sorry, some parts / plugins may be incompatible with the dialogs.dll in this SVN. We're still working on it for the next SVN build.

- 0001904: [My Videos] MKV embedded subtitles not using configuration language (DMAN) - closed.

Just tryed this SVN in hope to fix MKV default language problem, but not working correctly - first track is selected instead prefered one (CZ in my case) - using DirectVobSub from 29.11.2008

on my side subtitles (external) seem not to work at all, in the final 1.0 everything was fine? Anybody else this problem!? Or is this just a local prob. on my machine?

Hello,
Normally I dont post much around the web but I have a quick question,
Is it possible to add an option to install on windows 7, currently the installer breaks on OS version check (only checked with MP1.0 final).

I tested MP on windows 7 beta 1 by manually importing the reg keys after snapshotting those, which (if all other prereqs are met) seems to work so far.
Would be nice if for testing purposes only the option was added to the deployer though

Hi rtv, thanks for confirmation, for the time (till fix availyble) I use the dialogs.dll from 1.0 with last SVN (size is much smaller, so seems you changed several things...) - this works and seems not to have too many negative sideeffects.
