Unfortunately the TV Series is rather restricted to what the skinner can actually do so atm we have some cool ideas but we can't really put them into practice as well as we would like to. In regards to the movie info frame not fitting in with the theme, i think its a fairly good fit but I will try to create something a little better. The overall design of that screen im happy with though. There is one compromise in that the last three covers in filmstrip will be under the infobox.
BTW I have attached a screenshot of what im thinking of aiming at doing for list view, thoughts on this are welcome!

Just stumbled upon this thread whilst browsing the forums.
Got to say, I read all 13 pages so far with relish. It seems skinning in MediaPortal is being pushed to the 'next-level' at the moment and the plugin development on big, standalone projects like TV Series & Moving Pictures is just making it an even more killer app than before.
I bet the developers are so happy that the community can fill in with such amazing work leaving them to get the core sorted and the future versions developed.
I'm always amazed at what some guys with great imagination, skill and free time can produce for the benefit of everybody else.
Big thanks to everyone connected to MediaPortal really
(Bit of a rant and seems like I've had a few too many - but I'm sober as a judge honest! Just getting inspired looking at this thing!)
P.S. I was disappointed clicking all the deadlinks in the old posts for omglulz1 etc from spuck - I thought I was never gonna see a pic until the working link in page 10 or something. Perhaps the first post can be edited with a link to spuck's mediastream.php teaser page.

Agree. Thinking of the possibilities MPII most probably will introduce makes my head spin!

IMO there are not enough lines in the list view. Id rather not browse 300 films a few at a time. Any chance of making the list a bit bigger, a little bit less fan art.

I think 1.38 is easier, it's a minor addition, judging by the lack of bugs, 1.39 is still a long way off.
