IMO there are not enough lines in the list view. Id rather not browse 300 films a few at a time. Any chance of making the list a bit bigger, a little bit less fan art.
I think it should be similar to the layout in this pic: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/skins-50/mediastream-skin-mp-44568/index12.html#post319979

I think the overall look of the screen is good too, its just there is something about the infobox that I can't pinpoint that doesn't look excactly right. It's kind of vague criticism, I know. About the covers under the infobox, would it be possible to have one cover to the right of the selected (centered) visible? This way you could see the cover of the next movie your going to browse to.In regards to the movie info frame not fitting in with the theme, i think its a fairly good fit but I will try to create something a little better. The overall design of that screen im happy with though. There is one compromise in that the last three covers in filmstrip will be under the infobox.
BTW I have attached a screenshot of what im thinking of aiming at doing for list view, thoughts on this are welcome!
I totally agree. That list view with 8 selections would look great. Again, if you could center the selection of the list view (don't know if this is possible), that would be better (seems like all my posts lately somehow involves "centering"...I was going to aim for 8 movies to be visible at any time as I think you wouldn't need anymore in you immediate view. When browsing through movies I reckon you don't need much info (it will all be on the detail page anyway) so I will have runtime, movie summary, rating, genre year and name. Also fanart is great for browsing in my opinion as you get an impression of the movie.

I don't mind all the covers staying behind the infobox, gives it a unique look, sin-wise, as well. It's just I think it would be great if you could just see the next cover, and have the restbeunder the infobox.
Don't know how to accomplish this though - making the infobox smaller is not really an option I think. Perhaps insted of centering the selection, making it "center -1" (if this is possible?).
Am I making any sense here?
Yes you can pretty well center list view so thankyou for mentioning it as it will defiantly be implemented now. Thankyou for your suggestions.I also think that showing fanart when browsing is great. When the FanArt is good, it really gives you a great impression of the movie. It,s sort of like the difference between going to the cinema and looking at a long list of movie names with a little description on them, and then looking at the wall where they have all the movie posters - it's just better to have something visual to look at, I think.
