    Hi,
When the movies importer does its job, some files are not imported. Where can I find the list of not imported movies so I can correct the file name, for instance?

    Thanks,
    JC

    Hi,

you can find those in the 'VIdeos' section, not 'Movies' and not 'Series' but 'Videos'.

    Cheers

    Thanks :)
It looks like the name is not parsed at all. I will look at it...

    So...
I managed to import a few of them but I don't understand why a bunch of movie are not imported. If I enter the file name as ID, it finds the movie and the import goes well.
Any idea on how I can improve the detection?

    Hi,
    Thanks for your answer.
    Yes, I did.
All my files are named "Movie Title (year).ext"
This is my movie collection I used in MP1 and nearly all movies were recognized.

I just made a little test.
A sample of 71 movies, 28 are not imported by MP2, 2 are not recognized by TinyMediaManager. There is a real difference :)
To be complete, I selected French as the default language in MP2, I didn't change anything iin TinyMediaManager.

Then you may want to tell us what is not recognized.

Yes, the list would be interesting anyway to reproduce the problem. Please read next after providing your list ;)
Generally you can also let tmm directly create the nfo files, so MP2 takes them instead of looking online. All my movies are tagged with tmm locally and I switched off online sources. The procedure is described also in Wiki.
