For the moment, I turned off the "Automatic channel logo update" in Settings (which somehow I had missed, I think because it wasn't an option previously), and the deleted everything in the Flat-default folder and populated it with my own logos. I have to revisit an old issue, unfortunately. I just downloaded MP 2.5, a fresh installation, on a new computer (reluctantly...
I suspected that might be the case, It was a process, and plenty of opportunities with mobo upgrade/cloning system drive, increasing share drive capacities and OS upgrade, all going on. I did a reinstall and restored user files, after everything settled in, and the issue seems to have gone away.

made several attempts with the update, TvPlugin did not appear in the install screen. MP will not start...

This happened immediately after my Windows 11 x64 monthly update for November. The update included also cumulative update to .NET...
Can anyone tell me the step-by-step procedure for bringing up a second channel in pip mode? I can only do it sometimes, after many tries, and it’s not clear what I am doing that makes it work on those occasions when it does. Cannot find guidance on the site.
