In the meantime, you can always stop timeshifts from within mp-tvviewer. Go to tools->server status, right click on the timeshift -> stop.

Just to dream - default fixed scaling (at least 1:2 and 1:4) setting for minimalistic/compact modes would be useful feature, IMHO...

i got it working flawless on lan...

is there anyway to get streaming to work over wan ??

i forwarded the port i opened in the stream in tv server, i opened the port from webservices but yet I can't connect to it from wan... is there some limitations i am not aware about ?

What do you mean by that? A fixed aspect ratio (16:9, 4:3)?

Hm, that's an interesting thought. So the idea is to automatically change the size of the video to 1/2, 1/4 or another fixed value whenever the user changes to minimal/compact mode?

Hey guys,

a small update from my side: I've moved to a new location where I currently have no TV, so I'm not working on mp-tvviewer atm. If anyone wants to jump in I'll gladly give him/her commit rights to the svn. Once I get my satellite dish installed I'll continue developement but this will take a few weeks.
