Hi,

First off great software. I now know I can upgrade Windows and still have TV.

I turned subtitles on and now they won't turn off again.

Log files attached.
Client.log timed at 01:24 on 22/04 is the one after I turned on debugging

Hope you can help

I turned subtitles on and now they won't turn off again.
How do you turning it off?

There are two ways to disable the subtitles:
    - in settings go to players -> video player -> subtitles and in the dialog select "No"
    - while playing a video with subtitles, select the CC icon and in the choose subtitle dialog select "No subtitles".

I've just been trying things out and it seems that once subtitles are turned on, the only way to turn them off is going all the way to the settings screens.

Selecting the CC icon and choosing "No subtitles" doesn't work.

Yoy can also use context menu, by perssing info/F9 twice. In opened there should be one menuitem, subtitling, which allows select lang of subtitle or disable. Works for videos, dvd,tv at least.

Using that method doesn't work for me either.

Going into settings is the only way that works for me.

I experienced the same issue when watching LiveTV. Subtitles can't be turned off via CC icon.

Does this apply only to TV or also Video in general?

There's no option on the subtitles menu when playing DVD

Add "Play Disc" option on menu. Can currently only play via Browse Media

Add pause, chapter skip controls on bottom right like TV. Currently only way to pause is using keyboard.

I'm referring to playing a physical disc

There may be a misunderstanding here: Are you referring to playing a physical disc or a ripped file? The latter is automatically recognized by the importer and added to the movie section. Replay with full menu, dynamic sub-titles etc is working in the Final. I am not sure though if this was already the case in the Pre2 version.

I can't easily verify what happens when I insert a disc into a drive as I don't have any drive attached to my test setup. I'll have a look tonight.
