MY Videos rework for MP 1.3.0 (2 Viewers)

Hi , just some info , i forget to say abut the update xml skin file i post , They was designed to work with the new DW skin fonts size ...
as i look at new test version , the DW skin that Deda put there is his mode and the font there are very big ... ,so the update skin i did not look like they need to look .... ...

Hi Deda , her are full set of skin , for v1.3.0 .
1- add the font.xml from last New DW. (just in case) .
2- Create a new file "myvideo.common.mediainfo.xml" as i add logos to all icons,bigicons,filmstrip,coverflow...
3- the screenshots her only for new fixed file , some more screen in post #85. and #75.
4- directors view screen look same as actors screen view .

i'm sure catavolt will make even better ... .

(+) Import Nfo : All movies, with nfo are imported succesfully, with ou without movies in own directory !!!

(-) All information stored in nfo files a deleted, not only rewritted !!! this delete info with others scrapers / infos not used in MP !!! ( example ID allociné / cinepassion)​

(I) Solution 1 : modify/addon information are modified/missing in MP (not add "unknown" to missing information)​

(-) Export don't work when movie(s)(or folder(s)) are not present on storage​

(I) Solution 1 : addon an other button for export only movie selected​

(I) Solution 2 : make a list with movie error, and export is not stopped !​

(I) "every movie has it's own directory" is on vidéo tab, can have this choice in "Video folder" tab as "Create thumbs" or "Pin code".

Well, export is more like Backup for internal MP scraped movie so you don't have to scrape in MP again if there is a total MP re-installation. if you use other catalog programs I do not see any reason to use export.

OK, this can be done easily.

(I) "every movie has it's own directory" is on vidéo tab, can have this choice in "Video folder" tab as "Create thumbs" or "Pin code".

Tbh, I don't have a clue for what is that setting for and was never documented. It's an old relic so I advise you to not check that.

Similar setting in videodatabase settings is help for movie search string if you use internal scrapers and nothing else.

Crate thumbs (new thing in share definition) and PINcode are selectable by shares so you can have 2 shares (roots) Movie and Series and everyone can have it's on specific setting.

This is doable but fanart will not be visible if it's not copied into specific folder.

Skin file's update to new version (26-03-2012):
* add file duration label + value (shear view ).
* fix label id for "Died" label.
* fix hidden menu's -add SubCentral button (will view only if plugin install)
* some fix in actor & actor/movie (image ,textboxscrollup size)

You are right, the export is done for a backup!
but we can always do an update of the information in MP (actors ...) and want to update the file! but it is not fundamental!

-The checkbox "every movie has it's Own directory" is a must for me, I think we misunderstood on my post before, but I do not know if everyone uses folders to store their movie, but with I talk (on the forum and MP in French), uses a folder per movie!
could you update this function? and if yes!
can you move it to "video folder" see screenshot 1?
I try now to understand how it works ... I will complete to post.

to read the nfo, it would be really nice, but for the fanart, it there's a modification to do in FANARTHANDLER?

I will be away until 11/03, but I'll try to look at the messages!

hi assuro , but new version do have this option in editor for "every movie have is on folder"
see screen ..
and by the way with all my test of new version ,and i did many .. , i did them with option on, as i also keep all my movies in there own folder .

this option in VideoDatabase, is only for search imdb. i think it's not the same function ......
